Booking & Payment
All bookings require a deposit at time of reservation with the balance due 60 days before departure. Prices are quoted in GBP and include all services as listed on each expedition page. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund less the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Health & Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for their chosen expedition. Voyana Adventures reserves the right to exclude any participant whose health or fitness may endanger themselves or other group members.
Itinerary Changes
Adventure travel is subject to weather, terrain, and logistical conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons. We will always endeavour to provide equivalent experiences.
Liability
Adventure travel involves inherent risks including altitude, remote terrain, and unpredictable weather. By booking with Voyana Adventures, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the expedition booked.

Voyana Adventures is a trading brand of Eagle Eye Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., registered in Nepal (Company Reg. No. 163867/073/074, VAT No. 60596825, Tourism Licence No. 2282/073), with registered office at Nurshing Chowk, Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. References to "Voyana Adventures", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Eagle Eye Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd.
